Great dinner that can be serve with your favorite Tortilla Chips or over a bed of rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Crock-Pot Taco Chicken

1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 1/2 cup(s) salsa *
1/4 cup Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix Mild
1 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Crock-Pot Taco Chicken

  1. Add Cheddar Cheese Soup, Salsa, Taco Seasoning, and Chicken Breasts (whole) in to your Crock Pot.

  2. Cook on High for 3.5 hrs or low for 7 to 8 hrs.

  3. Once Chicken is cooked use two forks and begin shredding the Chicken. ( The easiest way I have found to shred the Chicken is by removing it from the crock pot and shredding on a separate plate.)

  4. Once shredded, put chicken back in to sauce.

  5. Serve over a bed of rice or in a bowl next to your favorite torilla chips or even by its self. No matter how you serve it this will become a family favorite!
