1 1/2 lbs Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
6 ounce white rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup raisins
6 medium green peppers
29 ounce can tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Stuffed Peppers

  1. Combine meat, rice mix, seasonings, and raisins. Fill peppers with mixture and place the peppers into the crock. Pour the tomato sauce over stuffed peppers.
