1 lb dry black beans
1/4 cup dry lentils
10 cups vegetable broth
2 cups diced tomatoes
2 cups chopped carrots
1 large red onion
6 garlic cloves
2 tbs chili powder
1 tbs salt
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp basil
1 tsp pepper

saute onion and chopped garlic. soak and boil dried black beans. add all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high for 6 hours. blend and eat.
