198 grams Chopped Green Chiles

5 serving Tomato Paste No Salt Added
7 serving Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano
330 grams Onions
40 grams Garlic
105 grams Carrots
500 grams Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Shirataki Pasta

Finely chop all vegetables. Soften Onion & Minced Garlic in non-stick pan with cooking spray, then add other raw veggies. Stir to blend and heat uncovered until most moisture is evaporated, then place vegetable mixture in crock pot & top with tomatoes. Add rinsed & drained shirataki noodles and simmer on low for 6-8 hours before serving.
