Meat, veggies and carbs all in one pot

Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Roast

2 lb Rump Roast
8 potatos
1 lb frozen carrots
1/3 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Kraft Free Dressing Fat Free Catalina
1/2 onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Roast

  1. Place frozen roast in crock pot. Peel, wash and slice potatoes n half then add to crok pot. mix bag of carrots ontop of other ingredients. add onions and garlic. quirt dressing and ketchup all over the top of ingredients. add water 1/2 cup at a time around the edges, mixing the dressing/ketchup to the base of crock pot but allowing some still on top. place on high heat for 6-8 hours or until done.

  2. Feel free to adjust time and temp based on frozen/thaw meat.
