Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Roast

56 oz raw Bottom Round Rump Roast
1.25 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 serving Worcestershire Sauce
3 clove Garlic
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
4 serving Soup, Lipton, Recipe Secrets Onion, Mix, Dry

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Roast

Season with Montreal Steak seasoning, spices, and herbs. Cook in crockpot on low for eight hours. Shred beef with two forks. Add flour and water to thicken the sauce, then return shredded beef to crock pot. Serve over rice, if desired.
