Veggies and Roast, cooked in crock pot

Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Roast

2 1/2 lbs top round
2 cups carrots
2 small onions
4 stalks celery
5 medium potatoes
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp marjoram
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsps salt
2 tsps pepper

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Roast

  1. cover bottom of crock pot with washed, sliced veggies.

  2. Rub salt, pepper, marjoram, parsley & garlic on roast

  3. Sear each side of roast in pan for about 2 minutes/side on high heat.

  4. Put roast in center of veggies in crockpot.

  5. Add water and cook on low for at least 6 hours.
