DELICIOUS BEANS WITHOUT THE REFRYING

Recipe Ingredients for CROCK POT REFRIED BEANS

3 cups PINTO BEANS
1 ONION
3 cloves GARLIC
1/2 JALAPENO PEPPER
3 tbsp SALT
1 tbsp PEPPER
1/2 tsp CUMIN

Recipe Directions for CROCK POT REFRIED BEANS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot or slow cooker. Cover and cook on medium-high for 8 hours.

  2. Drain out most of the water. Mash the beans with a potato masher, adding back in some of the liquid if needed.
