Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Pulled Pork BBQ

3 pounds pork
2 medium onions
3 tbsp brown sugar
14 ounce ketchup
4 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp liquid smoke
3 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp celery seed
4 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Pulled Pork BBQ

  1. Put pork, thinly sliced onions in crock pot with 1 1/2 cups of water. Cook LOW 8-10hrs or HIGH 4-5 hrs.

  2. Once done, drain liquid, saving onions. Remove fat from pork and pull apart.

  3. For BBQ sauce, add everything from brown sugar down along with 1/2 cup water into a pan, boil for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

  4. Mix sauce with meat and heat about 10 minutes
