Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Pork Chops

3 small onions
2 large potatoes
6 pork chops
10 3/4 ounces Cream of Mushroom
10 3/4 ounces Cream of Celery
1 Salt and Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Pork Chops

  1. Lightly spray crock pot with cooking oil.

  2. Add sliced onions to bottom of crock pot.

  3. Cut potatoes and mix with sliced onions.

  4. Place 6 lean pork chops on top of mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Pour one can of Cream of Mushroom and other can of Cream of Celery on top of chops.

  6. Place lid and let cook in pot 6-8 hours or until tender.

  7. *I used 98% Fat Free condensed soups for this recipe. Calorie content will be reduced drastically in this recipe. Website could not convert for me.
