Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Pork Chop Supper

2 lbs of red potatoes, cut into eighths
1 lb boneless pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground thyme
3 tbsp. fat free chicken broth
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
136 g. fresh mushrooms, sliced
122 g. carrots, chopped
2 cups frozen peas

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Pork Chop Supper

  1. spray a 10 inch non-stick skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat

  2. brown pork chops on each side

  3. place potatoes into bottom of slow cooker

  4. mix all other ingredients except peas in a small bowl

  5. place half of mixture on top of potatoes

  6. lay pork on top of mixture and cover with remaining mixture

  7. Cook on low for 6-7 hours

  8. Remove pork, stir in peas and allow to cook on High for 15 minutes
