Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Mongolian Beef

3/4 pounds beef flank steak, cut into stir fry sized strips 2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoons minced ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup shredded carrots
3 medium green onions, chopped

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Mongolian Beef

  1. chop all veggies, and add to crockpot with water, soy sauce, brown sugar and olive oil. Add to crockpot and mix well.

  2. coat steak in cornstarch. Add coated steak to crockpot and cook for 4 hours on low.

  3. if your crockpot has a warm setting, add an additional 3/4 cup water to the recipe to account for the keeping warm.
