Recipe Ingredients for Crock-Pot Mexican Chicken Tortilla Soup

2 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 Serving Chicken
29 oz Tomatoes
4 oz Mild Diced Green Chiles
13.969 oz Kroger Chicken Broth
1 tsp Cumin Seed
2 serving OlivExtra Canola Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
9.983 oz Don Julio Tortilla Chips

Recipe Directions for Crock-Pot Mexican Chicken Tortilla Soup

In a large zip-lock bag place 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper, and 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Seal bag shut and toss/mix contents until chicken is coated. Open bag and place seasoned chicken in the crock-pot. Dice onion and place it on top of chicken in crock-pot. Then empty into the crock-pot, 2 cans of Diced Tomatoes, 1 (small) can of Diced Green Chilies, and 1 can of Chicken Broth. Sprinkle over top 1 tsp Cumin Seeds and 3 cloves of minced Garlic. Stir contents of crock-pot, put lid on and set on High for 2-3 hrs. Eat warm and serve with diced Avocados to and a hand full of Tortilla chips.
