Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Mexican Chicken

1 1/2 lb boneless chicken breasts
15 1/2 ounce black beans, canned
15 ounce corn, canned
15 ounce salsa, any kind
4 ounce low fat cream cheese

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Mexican Chicken

  1. Place frozen chicken breasts in crock pot

  2. Drain the beans and pour in crock pot

  3. Drain the corn and pour in crock pot

  4. Put in salsa

  5. Cook for 5-6 hrs. or until chicken is cooked.

  6. Top with the chunk of cream cheese and let sit covered for 1/2 hour.
