Easy Mac and cheese can be skinnied down even further by using low-fat or fat-free cheeses.

Recipe Ingredients for Crock pot Mac and Cheese

2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
12 oz Fat Free Evaporated Milk
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 cup Cheeses
8 oz Plus Elbows Dry
1 oz Asiago
2 oz Parmesan
1/4 cup Plain Bread Crumbs

Recipe Directions for Crock pot Mac and Cheese

  1. Spray crock with cooking spray.

  2. Reserve about 1/2 c mixed cheeses to sprinkle on top.

  3. Mix all remaining ingredients (do not pre-cook macaroni) and pour into crock.

  4. Cook on low for 3-4 hours without stirring.

  5. You can then sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs on top and place under broiler for a few minutes. If your crock cannot go into oven, you could transfer to an oven-safe casserole dish.
