Easy crock pot macaroni and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Mac and Cheese

10 oz Elbow Macaroni
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs
12 oz evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Mac and Cheese

  1. Cook macaroni according to box, drain.

  2. Spray crock pot with non stick spray. Add hot drained macaroni and add butter, cut up. Stir until butter melts.

  3. Add mozzarella cheese and 2 cups cheddar cheese, stir through.

  4. Beat eggs, evaporated milk, and salt and pepper in bowl. Pour mixture over top. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.

  5. Cook on low for 4 hours, or on high for 2 hours.
