Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Lentil Stew

16 oz Lentils, Mature Seeds
4 serving Unsalted Chicken Broth
3 medium Carrots
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
15.5 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
2 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Lentil Stew

  1. Rinse and sort lentils. PLace in crock pot.

  2. Chop all vegetables. Mix with lentils and diced tomatoes (with juice) in crock pot.

  3. Add chicken broth. Can add chopped rosemary or basil, if desired.

  4. Cook on low 8 hours.
