Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Lasagna

72 oz Heart Smart Traditional Italian Sauce
12 oz Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 box Lasagne Oven-Ready Dry
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 serving Original Recipe Pork Sausage

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Lasagna

Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. crumble and brown the sausage on the stove then transfer to crock pot. Break the lasagna noodles into 3-4 pieces and place on top of sausage. Add in the mozzarella and ricotta cheeses and two (24oz) jars of sauce. Mix well. Pour the third jar overtop of the mixture to prevent the meal from drying out. Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours. Sprinkle additional cheese on top, if you prefer prior to serving. Serves 8-10
