Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Lasagna with Italian Sausage

45 oz Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 box Farfalle Dry
16 oz raw 90% Lean Ground Sirloin
16 oz Italian Sausage
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
15 oz Ricotta Cheese
24 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Lasagna with Italian Sausage

  1. Brown ground beef and Italian sausage with chopped onion. Drain.

  2. Cook pasta until slightly firm.

  3. Combine pasta and meat in crock pot.

  4. Warm sauce with ricotta and cottage cheese until creamy.

  5. Add sauce to crockpot.

  6. Add water as needed if it will be simmering for a long time.

  7. Set crock pot to low.
