1 large onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
2 stalks of celery, diced
16 ounce beef sausage
28 oz diced tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
12 ounce shrimp, peeled

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Jambalaya

combine all ingredients except shrimp in a crock pot, cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until vegetables are tender. Add shrimp, cover and cook 20 minutes or until shrimp are done.
