Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Irish Stew

32 oz Lamb, Cubed For Stew Or Kabob (Leg And Shoulder)
8 medium potatoes with liquid New Potatoes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
8 oz White Pearl Onions
12 oz Carrots, Baby
4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 tbsp Parsley
2.5 serving Table Blend Salt Free Seasoning Blend
2 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
2 cup Light

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Irish Stew

  1. Cube the 2 lbs of lamb into 1 1/2 inch cubes and blott dry.

  2. Scrubb and slice potatoes 1/2 in thick and chop celery.

  3. In a large nonstick skillit heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium-high heat and brown 1/2 the lamb, set aside and brown other half using more oil if needed.

  4. Layer potatoes, onions, carrots and celery in slow cooker and place in meat on top.

  5. Add parsley, herb blend, thyme and bay leaf and pour over the water. Cover and cook on high for 1 hr.

  6. Turn the cooker on low and cook until lamb and veggies are very tender. About 6-7 hours.

  7. Season with salt and pepper.
