Adapted from Hungy Girl 300 under 300, but using 19-oz cans of beans

Recipe Ingredients for Crock-Pot Fake-Baked Beans

6 oz Tomato Paste
2 oz Molasses Fancy
2 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
3 tsp Yellow Mustard
2 clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
3 serving Black beans, canned, Unico
3 serving Red kidney beans, canned , Unico
3 serving White kidney beans, canned, Unico
3 cup, chopped Onions
2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
8 oz Fuji Apples

Recipe Directions for Crock-Pot Fake-Baked Beans

  1. In a bowl, combine tomato paste, molasses, vinegar, mustard, garlic and salt. Set aside.

  2. Place all remaining ingredients in a crock pot. Add the tomato paste mixture and toss to coat.

  3. cover and cook on high for 3 - 4 hours or on low for 7 - 8 hours.

  4. Makes 10 servings
