Recipe Ingredients for Crock pot Curried Chicken and winter veggies

20 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 medium raw Onion Red
6 pieces Garlic Cloves
8 oz Carrots
8 oz Broccoli
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.5 tsp, ground Cardamom
2 tsp Curry Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne
2 tsp Garam Masala
13.5 oz Lite
6 oz Tomato Products
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 cup Plain Nonfat

Recipe Directions for Crock pot Curried Chicken and winter veggies

Chop all veggies and add veggies and chicken to crock pot. Add spices, coconut milk and tomato paste. Cook for 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 on high. Before serving, add lemon juice and yogurt. Serve over rice.
