Recipe Ingredients for Crock pot country ribs and kraut

16 oz sauerkraut
1 onion
1 red apple
2 1/2 lbs pork ribs
1 cup beer

Recipe Directions for Crock pot country ribs and kraut

  1. Combine kraut, onion, apple in bottom of slow cooker

  2. Layer ribs over all

  3. Pour beer over ribs before turning on cooker

  4. Cover, cook low 8-10 hours
