Crock pot corned beef and cabbage.

Recipe Ingredients for Crock pot corned beef and cabbage

32 oz Beef, Cured, Corned Beef, Brisket, Cooked
16 oz Carrots, Baby
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
16 oz Red Creamer Potatoes
1/2 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage

Recipe Directions for Crock pot corned beef and cabbage

  1. Clean carrots and place in bottom of crock pot. Peel and quarter onion. Add to crock pot. Clean and halve potatoes. Add to crock pot.

  2. Put trimmed corned beef atop vegetables with seasoning package. Add 3 1/2 cups water.

  3. Cook on low for 7 1/2 hours. Quarter cabbage. Add to crock pot. Cook on low for 30 minutes.
