1 onions
2 stalks celery
30 1/2 oz. corn
2 tablespoons butter
14 1/2 oz. fat-free chicken broth
1 cup 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Crock-Pot Corn Chowder

  1. In a Crock-Pot, add all ingredients except the milk and cook on low for 8-9 hours.

  2. Add the milk and cook another 30 minutes, then serve.
