Recipe Ingredients for Crock-Pot Chuck Roast

2 lb beef chuck roast, boneless
1 onion, cut into eighths
2 c. carrots, baby
1 cube beef bouillon
1 c. water

Recipe Directions for Crock-Pot Chuck Roast

  1. dissolve bouillon cube in water.

  2. layer meat and veggies in crock pot pour bouillon mix over top.

  3. cook on low for 8 hours.
