Recipe Ingredients for Crock pot chili

2 tbs corn oil
822 grams canned tomato
160 grams onion
364 grams lean ground beef
5 grams jalapeņo
66 grams red bell pepper
223 grams potato
15 grams garlic
453 grams Italian (Romano) Beans
453 grams red kidney beans
2 ears corn
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Red Chili Pepper
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp Harissa
5 grams jalapeno

Recipe Directions for Crock pot chili

  1. Dice onions and soften in corn oil

  2. Brown ground beef with spices

  3. Place in crock pot

  4. Add drained beans

  5. Add diced tomatoes with juice

  6. Add diced potatoes

  7. Add jalapeņo and red bell pepper

  8. Shear off fresh corn into pot

  9. Add crushed garlic

  10. Mix well

  11. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours

  12. Serve with sour cream or shredded cheese
