This chicken chili is a delicious, low point, high fiber meal. It's great over rice, with chips, topped w/fat free sour cream and low fat cheddar

Recipe Ingredients for crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili

16 oz Kidney Beans
8 oz Tomato Sauce
16 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
30 oz Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1 serving Hot Taco Seasoning Mix
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
24 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili

Combine beans, onion, chili peppers, corn, tomato sauce cumin, chili powder and taco seasoning in a slow cooker, place chicken on top and cook on low for 10 hours or high for 6 hours. Half an hour before serving, remove chicken breasts, shred and return to crock pot and stir in. Top with fresh cilantro
