Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Chicken With Salsa and Tomatoes

16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
15 oz Chunky Salsa
425 g Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
432 g Corn
411 g Tomatoes - No Salt Added, Diced
1 Onion, diced
1 Green Pepper, diced
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Chicken With Salsa and Tomatoes

  1. Cut chicken in bite sized pieces; drain corn and rinse black beans; mix with other ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on low for 5-8 hours till tender.

  2. Serve over whole grain noodles (or brown rice).
