Recipe Ingredients for crock pot chicken

1 Chicken breast, frozen
2 chicken drumsticks - skin on; bone in, frozen
2 cups water
1/2 red bell pepper
4 fingerling potatoes - washed, skin on
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
5 carrots

Recipe Directions for crock pot chicken

  1. Turn on the crock pot to low. Add 2 cups of water and frozen chicken breast and drumsticks.

  2. Chop zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper, and potatoes. Peel and slice carrots. Put all vegetables into the crock pot.

  3. Season to taste. I use ground rosemary, sage, ginger, and black pepper.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.

  5. Serve over brown rice. Salt to taste.
