A simple chicken and cream of mushroom soup dish for the crock pot - still in the experimental stage.

Recipe Ingredients for Crock-Pot Chicken

21 oz chicken breast
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
14 oz cream of mushroom soup
14 oz water

Recipe Directions for Crock-Pot Chicken

  1. Cut the chicken into 1" cubes

  2. Add broccoli, onion, chicken basil and rosemary to crock pot

  3. Mix one can of cream of mushroom soup and an equal amount of water separately

  4. Add the mix to the crock pot

  5. Cook on low for 6 hours

  6. Eat with rice, another side, or alone if desired
