Crock pot lasagna made with ground chicken. Make ahead, fast and easy

Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Chicken Lasagna

1 lb chicken breast, ground
12 oz lasagna noodles (no cook)
32 oz tomato sauce
16 oz cottage cheese, fat free
4 oz ricotta cheese, part skimmed
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Chicken Lasagna

  1. Cook ground chicken breast in the microwave, using a plastic collendar. Season with garlic powder and dried onions as desired.

  2. Combine with tomato sauce, I used light Ragu speghetti sauce, with basil. Spray crock pot with Pam, and pour a little sauce without meat in the bottom, just enough to cover.

  3. Combine cheeses, milk and egg beaters, wisk until smooth. Add garlic powder as desired.

  4. Layer no cook lasagna noodles in pot, breaking as necessary to make a layer. Layer the cheese on top of the noodles, layer the sauce on top of the cheese. Repeat layer, ending with noodles and cover with sauce.

  5. Let sit at least 2 hours in fridge, cook in crock pot on low for 3.5 to 4 hours.
