Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Chicken Chili

16 oz. can black beans
16 oz. Kidney Beans, Organic
2 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1 green bell pepper
10 oz. Steamfresh Super Sweet Corn
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
28 oz. Tomatoes Diced
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
10 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. cilantro

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Chicken Chili

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken together in the crock pot.

  2. Place chicken breasts on top, slightly submerged.

  3. Cover crock pot/slow cooker.

  4. Cook on low for 6 hrs or on high for 4 hrs, stirring occasionally.

  5. 30 minutes before serving, pull chicken breasts apart to shred them using two forks. Stir and continue cooking.

  6. Top with fresh cilantro or any other desired toppings.
