Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole

1 pound sausage
10 3/5 oz French bread, cubed
8 oz shredded 2% cheddar cheese
2 2/3 cups skim milk
1 1/4 cups egg beaters
2 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole

  1. Brown sausage in a skillet; drain well.

  2. Coat 4-qt or larger crock pot with cooking spray.

  3. Place bread cubes in bottom of crock pot.

  4. Layer sausage & cheese over bread.

  5. Combine milk, liquid eggs, mustard & pepper; pour over sausage & cheese.

  6. Cover and cook on High 3-4 hours.
