Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Black Bean Soup

1 cup black beans
3/4 cup onion
3 cloves garlic
3 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
14 1/2 oz canned diced tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp oregano

Rinse beans until water runs clear. Dice onion and mince garlic. Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on high 6-8 hours or low 8-10 hours.
