Ideal size crock pot: 5 quart slow cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Crock Pot Barbecued Pork Chops

4 pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water, hot
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Recipe Directions for Crock Pot Barbecued Pork Chops

  1. Place pork chops in slow cooker.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops.

  3. Cover. Cook on high 5-6 hours.

  4. Cut chops in half and serve.
