Recipe Ingredients for CROCK POT Apple Confit

3 pounds firm apples
1/4 c. splenda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for CROCK POT Apple Confit

  1. Peel apples and slice 1/4 inch thick (around 9 cups)

  2. Place in Crock pot & Add sugar sub and cinnamon toss to coat well

  3. Cover and cook until apples are vender and almost translucent (2 1/2 hr. high or 4 1/2 hr. low)

  4. Transfer to bowl and let cool slightly. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Can refrigerate up to 4 days.
