1 tsp. capers, chopped
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 garlic clove
2 tbs. white cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. onion powder
3/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
20 oz. halibut
2 cups broccoli
4 100% Whole Grain Sandwich Buns

Recipe Directions for Crispy White Fish New Orleans Sandwiches

  1. Whisk first 5, portion into 4 servings.
