An easy, yummy, and family friendly dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Potatoes

12 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
9 medium red potatoes
2 medium yellow onions
9 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried rosemary
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp dried basil

Recipe Directions for Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Dice potatoes and onions.

  3. Peel and lightly crush garlic cloves

  4. Combine all ingredients in in baking dish (frozen chicken works best) and mix.

  5. Salt and Pepper if desired.

  6. Bake for about 1 hour until potatoes are crispy and chicken is cooked through.

  7. If using fresh chicken add after about 30 min.

  8. Stir 2-3 times during baking.

  9. Serve with Ranch Dressing or BBQ Sauce.
