Recipe Ingredients for Crispy Roasted Chicken with Orange & Cardamom

1/4 cup butter
1/2 t ground cardamom
1 large orange, zested
2 tsp grated ginger
4 unit+yield+from+1+lb+ready-to-cook+chicken chicken breasts

Recipe Directions for Crispy Roasted Chicken with Orange & Cardamom

  1. Oven 500'

  2. Mix butter, cardamom, orange zest and ginger together.

  3. Gently run finger under the skin of the chicken making a pocket and spoon 1/4 of the butter mixture in. Using your fingers on the outside of the skin, spread the butter around to cover the breast.

  4. Pop into oven and cook for 30 minutes or until 160'.
