A "healthy" replacement for fish and chips

Recipe Ingredients for Crispy pan fry fish

360 g Haddock
60 g breadcrumbs
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 egg (2 but not all absorbed)
1 1/2 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Crispy pan fry fish

  1. Cut haddock in pieces.

  2. Thoroughly coat in cornstarch and shake off excess.

  3. Coat in stirred eggs.

  4. Coat in bread crumbs.

  5. Fry pieces in hot pan with canola oil, shaking and turning often.
