Home made flapjack style cookies with only wholesome ingredients

Recipe Ingredients for Crispy Oat Cookies

125 grams butter
180 grams oats
85 grams brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Crispy Oat Cookies

  1. Line 10" x 7" retangular tin with baking paper

  2. Heat oven to 180c (Fan)/200c

  3. Melt butter slowly in a pan ensuring it doesn't burn and colour

  4. Add oats and sugar mix thouroughly

  5. Tip into baking tin, smooth out so oat mixture is even in depth

  6. Pop baking in into oven for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned

  7. Take out, leave to cool for five minutes then slice into 12 finger biscuits.

  8. Leave t cool completely before storing in an air tight container for up to one week
