Recipe Ingredients for Crispy Kale

6.67 c raw kale
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp nutritional yeast

Recipe Directions for Crispy Kale

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spread out kale on a baking sheet, or two if needed. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Generally the top rack is done at 12, the bottom needs til 15.

  3. Add to a mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and add salt and yeast. Shake with lid on to combine. 1 cup is only 100 calories!
