Paleo-Style breaded ginger, basil garlic beef liver

Recipe Ingredients for Crispy Herbed Liver

8 tbsp Coconut Oil
16 oz Beef Liver
4 tbsp Basil, Fresh
50 grams Sea Salt
25 grams Sea Salt
2 serving Gourmet Natural Elephant Ginger Paste
10 clove Garlic
6 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour

Recipe Directions for Crispy Herbed Liver

cut liver into about 36 chunks (1 serving is 6 chunks). heat oil, shake liver, flour and salt. Mix ginger, basil and chopped garlic then saute a few minutes. add liver, fry a few minutes on both sides. you can also bake the breaded liver on 350 for about 20 minutes turning once.
