Recipe Ingredients for Crispy Chicken Tacos

6 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4/5 grams Salt, Table
2 dash Pepper, Black
1 1tsp Olive Oil
6 oz Spanish Onion
1 oz Lime Juice
4 tsp Coriander Leaf, Dried
0.17 oz Ground Cumin
4 serving Buena Vida Whole Grain Tortillas
2 tbsp Nonfat Sour Cream
0.25 cup, shredded Low Fat, Cheddar Or Colby Cheese

Recipe Directions for Crispy Chicken Tacos

  1. Place chicken in large saucepan and add salt, pepper, and water (Just enough to cover the chicken). Cook over medium heat for 25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Remove chicken and let cool, then shred with a fork.

  2. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Thinly slice the onion and add it. Cook for 1 minute, then add shredded chicken. Stir until crispy. When most of the liquid is gone, drizzle lime juice over chicken; season with cilantro, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place tortillas on plates. Add chicken, sour cream ,and cheese. Fold over and serve.
