Recipe Ingredients for Crispy Chicken Salad

10 oz Romaine lettuce
1 1/2 c shredded carrots
1 c slivered almonds
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c crumbled feta cheese
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
4 lemons wedges
16 oz chicken tenders

Recipe Directions for Crispy Chicken Salad

  1. Line individual plates or a platter with romaine. Top with carrots and almonds; set aside.

  2. In a small bowl stir sour cream, feta cheese and pepper. Squeeze juice from 1/2 of a lemon (1 1/2 tbsp) into the mixture. Stir to combine.

  3. Roughly chop chicken. Arrange chicken over romaine mixture. Place remaining lemon wedges on platter and serve with salad. Pass dressing
