Light and crispy chicken fillet in dijon mustard and mayo

Recipe Ingredients for Crispy chicken fillet

500 grams Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
50 grams Breadcrumbs
4 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Crispy chicken fillet

Divide fillets into 16. Mix mayo and dijon mustard. Add salt and pepper to season. Add lemon juice. Coat fillets with mixture and coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil and pan fry on low heat for 5 minutes on one side before
