Recipe Ingredients for Crispy Cheeseburge Pizza

25 grams ketchup
1/2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise, hellman's
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 cup Morningstar Farms crumbles
1 low carb tortilla, Smart & Delicious
1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon chopped onion
3 tablespoons lettuce, shredded
2 tablespoons tomato, chopped

Recipe Directions for Crispy Cheeseburge Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, mayo and mustard and mix. Add soy crumbles and toss to coat. Set aside.

  3. Lightly spray medium-large skillet with nonstick spray and bring to medium heat. Lay tortilla flat in the skillet and cook until slightly crispy, a few minutes on each side.

  4. Transfer tortilla to a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Scoop soy crumble mixture into the center of tortilla and spread out evenly, leaving a 1/2 inch border around it. Sprinkle with onion and cheese.

  5. Bake in the oven for 11 to 13 minutes, until tortilla border browns and cheese melts.

  6. Top with lettuce and tomato. If you like, add pickles and a squiggle of ketchup. Cut into slices. Eat.
