Recipe Ingredients for Crispy Baked Walleye

421 grams Pike, Walleye
36 grams Asiago Shredded Cheese
36 grams Marcum bread crumbs seasoned
36 grams Idahoan Mashed Potatoes Roasted Garlic
85 grams Egg Substitute

Recipe Directions for Crispy Baked Walleye

  1. 1) Preheat oven 450 degrees & spray a baking sheet with pam/olive oil spray

  2. 2) Put egg substitute on a plate

  3. 3) Measure 1/3 cup of Asiago (or Parmesean) 1/3 cup of Bread Crumbs and 1/3 cup of Mash Potato buds - mix together on a plate

  4. 4) Dip walley fillets into the egg mixture - press into the crumbs and place on baking sheet.

  5. 5) Bake in preheated oven until the fish is opaque in the center and flakes easily with a fork, 15-20 minutes

  6. Approximately 4 servings
